Aquacross Training

This training is functional fitness in the pool with various methodologies. It is the experience of a full gym workout in the water and permits the activities to be dynamic and low impact on joints, muscles and bones in the body. It is the perfect combination of water sport and functional training. The training program has been developed to maximize the beneficial properties of aquatic exercise such as: stress reduction, burning calories and fat, strength training, resistance training and improvement of cardiovascular capacity.

Each session has a one hour duration.

Aquacross Training for Seniors

Low impact functional training with excellent metabolic effects that form a novel and safe program which improve mobility, strength, agility and incrementally add muscle mass. Considering it is a water sport with low impact, the risk for injury is greatly reduced and is ideal for seniors to be safely engaged.

Aquatic Spinning

This new trending, innovative and complete workout program in aquatic sports. It is a gymnasium concept specialized with a water exercise spinning cycle. The training consists of riding low risk spinning cycles in the water with benefits being achieved through the fluid, low impact, pedaling motion. The session consists of a 45 minute workout and is developed to take full advantage of aquatic exercise properties that are an excellent tool for training all levels of participants.
